At this time there are no updates planned for your JK2001. The 20181022 build has been a fantastically stable build and we’re very excited (tho not surprised ) that it’s been such a stalwart.

What happens if and when the build becomes too outdated to work reliably with many of the apps we would like to use?

What happens if and when the build becomes too outdated to work reliably with many of the apps we would like to use?

I'm starting to experience this. Google apps are being updated for Android version 12. They seem to run very slowly on the JK2001. Google Maps will barely start, and when it does, it runs horribly slow. Same for Chrome, as well as, many other apps.

Am I going to have to upgrade to the JK4001 to be able to run my favorite apps?
