Can't install new software

I just downloaded the new software and when i insert the sd card into the gps card slot nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

Hello Juggernaut. On your microSD, you will have to make sure that you have three files (NOT in a folder) these include; mcu, mcu.cfg and update. all three of these files should be separate in your SD card (again NOT in a folder), and should look like this --

In addition, you'll want to make sure your microSD card is formatted as either NTFS or FAT-32 (NOT ex-FAT)
